About Us – Our Story & Team

Modern Interior Staging Co. staff dressed in black and patterned dresses sitting and standing in a living room, smiling, with a large abstract painting and a potted plant in the background.

From coordinating furniture, art, and accessories to perfecting every last vignette, we take on the burden of staging so sellers and realtors can focus on what comes next. We believe staging should simplify the home-selling process — not add stress to it. That’s why we offer full-service staging solutions that balance style, function, and ease, helping Colorado Springs properties look their best and sell with confidence.
