The Action Report Consultation is great for a Realtor or Home Seller who is listing an occupied home and wants it to look its best.

One of our Staging Consultants will walk through the home, discussing recommendations, and following up the appointment with a visual guide so that the home owner knows what to do to get their home ready to hit the market. Common recommendations include: decluttering, what should be on bathroom and kitchen countertops, how a bed should be styled, and the layout of a living room.
